Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery times within the United States are:

Shipping Delays

WICKD is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, WICKD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist with locating the shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
